We will also be looking at your negative thoughts and  ‘inner dialogue’; and how these can be challenged and changed – allowing you to live a more spontaneous and autonomous life free from psychological and emotional overload.

This workshop – with four audio recordings – is a very useful addition to the workshops about Anxiety, Depression and Anger, as well as the module How to be More Confident; as it takes you further along the path of your self-awareness and into living more in the moment to moment existence of your life.
