How To Be More Confident – and improve your self-esteem and assertiveness
Do you lack the confidence to try new things? To meet new people? To attend social functions? To stand up for yourself?
Is your lack of confidence, assertiveness and overall self-esteem holding you back at work or in your relationships?
Do you fear passing on your own difficulties to your children too?
Lack of confidence can strike anyone, at any time, but for some people it has been an enduring problem that only seems to keep reinforcing itself.
There are many factors affecting your levels of confidence, assertiveness and self-esteem; and in this workshop – with four audio recordings – we will explore these, and learn how to make the changes you need to have a more relaxed, at ease, comfortable and confident life.
You will also learn how to deal with those ‘difficult people’ that we all encounter – and to ensure that you aren’t one of them!
